Toronto is definitely getting a real heavy duty experience. I noticed such a difference from being in Toronto to being here, and the level of that kind of scramble. An interference energy and it's kind of like a collective chaos, and millions of different sort of thoughts that you're being bombarded with. It definitely is harder right now, to get your stillness. Especially when you live in a city. Go to nature, go connect with that new Earth grid, ask for yourself to be able to identify it, connect with it. And it'll happen.
The depression right now is real, been going through it myself. A lot of people are going through that. On the upside, what I'm noticing is, and I noticed this in Toronto, too, that when I was out in public, whenever I had a chance to actually interact with somebody, I was actually getting them in their heart space. And it was not the zombied kind of person, but an actual person that was there. There was something more authentic there. And I've had that throughout my time in Vancouver as well. I'm just sort of observing, as I like to do with family, I'm observing with the people here. Everyone's getting upgraded.
What I'm seeing is that people who are in the split, but are ready for something more high vibrational, as the upgrades come in, they're going to merge, we're all going to merge back in. At the end of the day, we're all from source. What I realized is we don't want to look at the split as a division, because then we are also creating a division, right? We don't want to look at it from that perspective. We just want to look at it as everyone is here to have whatever experience they choose to have. Has anyone else noticed anything like that of the people around them? That there's some shift happening?
There is something about feeling safe in the world. And then wanting to kind of be a recluse. When people around you feel different, especially when it feels like beliefs might be challenging against your own beliefs. And it's a deeper kind of safety feeling. It has to do with tribal energy, it has to do with real primal kinds of things. If you were different than your tribe, and maybe your tribe shunned you and then then you can't survive. Because you needed your tribe. Everyone needed to work together to survive. We have these really deep imprints in us around differences in people and survival and safety.
When we're feeling like being a recluse it's because the energetic vibrations feel uncomfortable that are coming from those other people. And when the energetic vibrations feel uncomfortable, they can trigger feelings of unsafe, I'm not safe here. I feel uncomfortable being here.
Our our brains idea or ego minds idea of safety and what's actually unsafe, right, are kind of two different things. Being out in public, where people maybe are thinking differently or have a different vibe than you. Are you actually unsafe? You're not right, you're just doing your own thing. People are saying hello to you. They're not targeting you. They’re actually saying hello, they actually want to greet you and talk to you. Are you actually unsafe? So play with that if parts of that uncomfortableness of being out around people is coming up for you see if that uncomfortableness has it's actually connected to sort of a feeling of feeling unsafe, or feeling like there's a threat out there of some kind. Okay. So see if that's happening, because many of us still have that from tribal days and many of us are carrying that from past life experiences as well.
Thank you and much love to you all.
